FAQ

Short answers to the things people ask us most.

How long until my order ships?

Everything is printed to order in Northern California, so it takes 4–7 business days to make, then 2–5 business days in the mail for standard US delivery. You'll get a tracking email the moment it's on its way.

Where are your clothes made?

The garments are made in the USA, with imported yarn. Every design is then printed by us in Northern California; nothing is outsourced.

What size should I get?

Every product page has a size guide with the garment's real measurements, laid flat. Our adult pieces are a classic unisex fit; if you like more room, go up one. Nothing is pre-shrunk, so if you're between sizes, go up as well. Kids' sizes show the age they're cut for next to the size. Still unsure? Email us your height and usual size and we'll tell you.

Can I return or exchange it?

Yes. Start a return or size exchange within 10 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed with the tags on. Size exchanges are free; we send the new size at no charge. Refunds go back to your original payment. Full details are in our refund policy.

How do I wash it so the print lasts?

Inside out, cold water, gentle cycle. No fabric softener. Tumble dry low or hang. Iron inside out if you must, never on the print. Let a new piece rest a day before its first wash. Our garments aren't pre-shrunk; cold water and low heat keep any shrinkage to a minimum. That's it. More on care here.

Do you ship to Canada?

We do, $15 flat. Any duties or taxes are collected by the carrier on delivery. We don't ship anywhere else yet; if you're somewhere else, write to us and we'll see what we can do.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes. There's a gift note box in your cart. We'll tuck it in with the order, and the packing slip never shows prices.

Do you print for teams, churches and groups?

We do, on the same garments we use for our own pieces. Head to Hive for how it works, and for the store of your own that bigger groups get.

Why is one piece backordered?

We print on a shared pool of blanks and occasionally a size sells through faster than the mill can restock. The product page tells you when we expect it back, and you can leave your email to be told the moment it lands.
