Who we are
Bee and Lion is a family business in Northern California. When you shop at beeandlion.com, you agree to these terms, our shipping policy, our refund policy and our privacy policy. They're written to be read.
Ordering
- Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- We can decline or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, if there's a pricing error, or if we can't make it. If we do, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
- Everything is handmade to order. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the garment in your hands.
- You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you.
Our designs
Our artwork, names, photographs and words belong to us. You're welcome to share photos of yourself in our pieces (we'd love that), but please don't copy, reproduce or sell our designs.
Custom orders
If you send us artwork for a custom or team order, you're confirming you have the right to use it. Custom orders are quoted separately, paid up front, and are final sale.
Returns
See our refund policy. It's short.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, weather, or other things outside our control.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
