Shipping & Returns
Every piece is printed to order in Northern California, by the four of us. Here's what happens after you hit the button.
Shipping
- Making it: 4–7 business days. If a piece is backordered, its page says so and gives a date.
- US delivery: free on orders of $100 or more, otherwise $8 flat. Express is $15. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days once it's on the way, and you'll get tracking by email.
- Canada: $15 flat. Duties and taxes, if any, are collected by the carrier on delivery.
- We don't ship anywhere else yet. Somewhere else and want something? Write to us.
Returns and size exchanges
- 10 days from delivery to start a return or exchange; back to us within 20 days of that.
- Unworn, unwashed, tags on. Try it on the way you would in a store.
- Size exchanges are free. We send the new size at no charge. You cover the postage to send the first one back.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the piece reaching us.
- Return postage is yours, unless we got it wrong or it arrived damaged. Then it's on us.
- Ordered between 1 November and 24 December? You have until 10 January.
- Custom and team orders are made for you and are final sale.
How to start a return
- Open your order from your account and choose Request return, or
- Email support@beeandlion.com with your order number and what you'd like to do.
- We confirm within two business days and tell you where to send it.
