Shipping policy
Every piece is handmade to order in Northern California by the four of us. It ships as soon as it's pressed, packed and checked.
How long it takes
- Making it: 4–7 business days from the day you order. If something is backordered, its product page says so and gives a date.
- Shipping it: Standard US delivery usually takes 2–5 business days once it's on its way. You'll get tracking by email.
What it costs
- United States: free on orders of $100 or more. Under that, $8 flat. Express is $15.
- Canada: $15 flat. Duties and taxes, if any, are collected by the carrier on delivery and aren't included in what you pay us.
We don't ship anywhere else yet. If you're somewhere else and want something, email support@beeandlion.com and we'll see what we can do.
The small print
- Business days are Monday to Friday, not including US holidays.
- Orders ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it's wrong, email us right away. Once a package is with the carrier, we can't redirect it.
- If a package shows as delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbours and the carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it out together.
